Organisational Skills are needed and vital this day and age. The ability to manage Work, Mothering and a Healthy Lifestyle requires skills. Organisational Skills requires planning, scheduling and motivation.
Now, I am not about tooting your own horn. But in this circumstance I will.

Everyone knows that when a brilliant idea or a goals comes into your mind that you want to achieve you will do everything in your capacity to achieve it. Well that is for the first week anyway. By week two everything is starting to unravel and fall off track. And well week three and four are just plain disastrous. Does this sound familiar to you?

Getting yourself organised starts with you. It is you that can achieve what you want. It is only you that can put in the energy and perform the tasks to achieve it. Decide what it is you want and make a plan and a schedule to do stick to.
